MED-DREAM is a retailer and your contact for advice and sales. OXYPUR, SHYN and Fuel Eco Tech brands and products belong to their respective manufacturers. Statutory claims against the seller remain unaffected.

Where the data goes. Your enquiry is stored in our customer system. It is operated for us by Sawton (Lazar Lazarevic, Am Krähenhag 32, 78315 Radolfzell, Germany) as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located in the data centre of Hetzner Online GmbH in Helsinki, Finland (EU). The website is delivered via the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which processes your IP address to protect the site. Sawton sends emails relating to your enquiry via Resend, Inc. (USA). Transfers to the USA are based on the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Contact by email or phone. We use the contact and enquiry details you provide to handle your request. For pre-contractual enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in replying under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

How long. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If an order is placed, the statutory commercial and tax retention periods apply.

Local storage. The basket and cookie preferences are stored locally in your browser; configuration drafts and calculator values are stored for the session. Submitting an enquiry, order or withdrawal sends the necessary data to our interfaces. You can delete browser data in your browser’s site settings.

We store your privacy choice in this browser for a maximum of 180 days. We ask again after that period or if the consent version changes. Statistics remain disabled without current consent.

Providing your contact and enquiry details is voluntary. Without the information necessary to process your request, we cannot respond or prepare a quotation. Please do not send diagnoses or other health data through the general contact form.

Audience measurement. We count how often each page is visited, how long it is read and where the visit came from — using Sawton's own counter on sawton.com, not an advertising service. We collect: the page visited, the referring address, campaign parameters, device type, browser, operating system, window width, an approximate location derived from the IP address (country, region, city), reading time, scroll depth and the position of clicks (for a click map). The counter only runs if you choose “Allow statistics” in the cookie notice; without your consent the counting script is not loaded. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device. To avoid counting anyone twice, the server creates a checksum from the IP address and browser identifier that changes daily; the IP address itself is not stored. If you send “Do Not Track”, we do not count you. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; this does not affect the lawfulness of measurement carried out before withdrawal. Individual visits are deleted after 14 months; daily totals without personal reference remain.

Fonts and external services. Fonts and images are served by the website server. Sawton provides current prices, availability and interfaces for enquiries, orders, payment status and withdrawal and processes necessary connection data such as your IP address. Analytics loads only with consent. The calculator uses fixed conversion rates. Manufacturer websites open only when clicked.

Your rights. Subject to legal conditions, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may complain to a data protection authority, particularly Croatia's AZOP.

For online orders we process names, contact, billing and delivery details, ordered goods, amounts and payment status/references to perform the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and comply with statutory retention duties (point (c)). Payment data is transmitted to Stripe and the selected payment provider; technical data such as IP address and device information may also be processed for secure payment and fraud prevention. Depending on its task, Stripe acts as a processor or independent controller. Stripe’s privacy notice explains its entities, recipients, transfers and safeguards. Carriers receive the data needed for delivery. For withdrawals we retain your statement and contact details for processing and evidence and send acknowledgement to the email address you provide. Orders and withdrawals do not require consent to analytics or advertising.

The seller and contracting party is MED-DREAM d.o.o., Žikovići 14, 52463 Višnjan, Hrvatska. Contact: info@meddream.online, +385 95 353 10 71. These terms cover standard goods enabled for online payment. Custom configurations, OXYPUR and deliveries to Serbia or Bosnia and Herzegovina remain non-binding enquiries; their contract and conditions are agreed in the individual quotation.

Select goods, quantities and delivery country in the basket. You can correct your selection and the details at Stripe or return to the website before ordering. Product listings invite you to place an order. The final payment-obligation button at Stripe submits your binding offer; we accept it upon successful payment confirmation. A failed payment does not conclude a purchase through this process. Your confirmation email contains the contract text, these terms and withdrawal information. You can also save or print this page.

The calculation distinguishes the product base price, applicable VAT and delivery. The binding purchase price is the total in euros including tax and delivery shown before the final order. No tax is added later to a confirmed final price. Delivery rates already include applicable VAT. Different delivery tariffs are added once per product family or model; multiple units of the same model incur that tariff only once.

Online delivery is available to Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Italy and Greece where an approved tariff exists. Delivery takes 7–14 working days from receipt of payment. Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the destination. Any different binding period must be explicitly displayed before ordering. Without a tariff or purchasable stock, only an enquiry is possible.

Payments are processed by Stripe using the methods offered in the checkout. Full card and payment credentials are processed directly by Stripe or the chosen payment provider and are not stored in our shop. Payment is due at checkout. Your order confirmation records successful payment and delivery arrangements.

Statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected. A manufacturer warranty applies only if expressly provided for the product. Possible savings are not a guaranteed consumption reduction. Send complaints to the email or postal address above. Written consumer complaints are answered within 15 days of receipt. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence remain unaffected. Orders can be placed in the selected available website language.

You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. For multiple goods in one order delivered separately, it starts with receipt of the last item.

To withdraw, inform us (MED-DREAM d.o.o., Žikovići 14, 52463 Višnjan, Hrvatska; info@meddream.online; +385 95 353 10 71) of your decision by an unambiguous statement, for example a letter or email. You may use the model form below, but this is optional. You may also use the website’s “Withdraw from contract” function. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient. No account, reason or specific order number is required.

We reimburse all payments, including our least expensive offered standard delivery, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. Extra costs of a more expensive delivery method chosen by you are not reimbursed. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without fees for you. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Return or hand over the goods to MED-DREAM d.o.o., Žikovići 14, 52463 Višnjan, Hrvatska without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying us. Dispatch before the deadline is sufficient. You bear direct return costs only if informed before ordering. For goods not normally returnable by post, the costs you must bear must have been specified before ordering; otherwise we bear them. Contact us to arrange any necessary collection. Prior return authorisation is not required to exercise withdrawal.

You are liable for diminished value only from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. A statutory exception may apply to genuinely made-to-specification or clearly personalised goods; we inform you before contracting in the individual quotation. Removing protective film from a standard mattress alone does not remove the withdrawal right. Statutory rights for defective goods remain separate.
